2. SmartPac Mail Sent via SingPost SmartPac, which includes a tracking number. While tracking is provided, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by this third-party service. For any tracking or delivery issues, please liaise directly with SingPost.

3. Processing Time Mails are processed and shipped within [2] working days after payment is received. Shipping times vary depending on SingPost’s delivery schedule.

4. Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
